How time flies! Founded in 2003, TIMS Group has gone through twenty spring and autumn periods. Twenty years of arduous entrepreneurship, twenty years of innovative glory, after twenty years, we look to the global, set sail for shipbuilding anew, and move towards the world! On the afternoon of January 28, 2024, the "Twenty Years of Glorious Achievements, Setting Sail for Shipbuilding Anew" --- TIMS 20th Anniversary Celebration and 2024 Annual Meeting was grandly held at Qiaotou Sanzheng Banshan Hotel!
Except for some employees who stuck to the construction site and those who asked for leave to go home early, all employees of the company, together with some family members and guests, attended this grand event.

Mr. Gan Zhenyi, an engineering team leader who has been with the company for 18 years, spoke as a representative of outstanding employees.

Dear leaders and colleagues, good day!
My name is Gan Zhenyi. I joined TIMS in April 2006 as a welder, and now I work as a team leader at the engineering site.
Some senior colleagues here may have forgotten me – I was on a business trip to Zhengzhou in 2019 and haven’t been back to company since. Many new colleagues recruited in the past five years naturally don’t know me, but in fact, I’m a genuine "old-timer" at TIMS!
In July 2006, I was on a business trip to Midea to install a fan assembly line, led by Liu Shouyan. He patiently taught us the details and methods of installation. I also participated in projects such as the automatic painting line for mobile phone plastic casings in Shipai and the powder spraying line for Midea in Zhongshan.
In November 2008, the company entrusted me with my first major project – the paint production line for Hefei Bridge Chemical in Anhui. At that time, I was new to team leadership, and the leaders of the production department provided me with a lot of help and guidance.
Through projects like the wet enameling line for Shunde Midea, the dry enameling line for Midea’s large ovens, and four phase project for Zhengzhou Haier Water Heaters, I gradually grew into my role.
Although the company has awarded me many honors and rewards, I still feel I lack sufficient work experience and am not good at summarizing or reflecting. I need to keep working hard in the future and hope to continue receiving guidance and support from TIMS leaders and colleagues.
TIMS has been established for over 20 years, and I’ve worked here for nearly 18 years. I’ve gone from a young man chasing dreams to a weathered uncle, starting a family here – falling in love, getting married, having children, and building a house.
I’m extremely honored to have persisted until today and grown alongside TIMS!
I’m proud when walking through client’s workshop and seeing the entire enamel production line that my team and I built, operating non-stop. Though the work is tough, it brings great achievement and feels worthwhile!
I’m proud that TIMS can undertake and excel at large-scale projects, building a strong reputation. Now, we can stand tall and work with confidence.
Thanks to the company and General Manager Zhu for providing me with a platform to thrive.
Thanks to all my dear colleagues for your assistance and support in my work!
I will continue to strive hard, keep up with TIMS new R&D products, and sail across the oceans with TIMS "great ship" to reach the world!
I also wish TIMS performance continues to soar, ensuring we have steady work and income.

Dear colleagues, family members of TIMS, and guest friends! Hello everyone!
In 2003, we were born in a low, dim, and shabby small factory in Shiyan, Shenzhen. A single order for an 8,000-yuan cabinet oven made us overjoyed.
In 2023, we work in our own superior factory and beautiful office building. Now, we calmly handle orders for high-end equipment each exceeding 5 million yuan.
Time flies like a river, and two decades have passed in the blink of an eye like a song of youth.
These twenty years have been a journey of vicissitudes, perseverance, and arduous entrepreneurship.
These twenty years have been a period of active exploration, tenacious pursuit of truth, and bold innovation.
These twenty years have been an era of striving forward, dedicated governance, and pragmatic glory.
These twenty years have been twenty years where countless "TIMS members" stood by us through thick and thin, hand in hand.
These twenty years have been twenty years of mutual transformation: "TIMS changes because of me, and I change because of TIMS."
We have written twenty years of glorious chapters, competing in the high-end enamel and coating equipment industry. Tonight, we sing with wine in hand, celebrating the fragrance of our journey.
The achievements and honors of the past twenty years belong to history, but the technical and experiential deposits will benefit our future. The development and leap forward for the next twenty years start now.
After twenty years of entrepreneurial glory on the road across China, today, TIMS members stride forward anew, sailing across the five oceans and seven continents to scale new heights.
With bows drawn and horses ready for new achievements, may the laughter and tears of tonight’s 20th-anniversary celebration turn into spring rain, watering the seeds of our expectations for the next twenty years of brilliance.
Come on, let us raise our glasses! In the new year and the next twenty years, may we all be: safe, healthy, harmonious, smooth, and marching forward together!
May TIMS: set sail like a ship, ride the waves at the river’s core, create new achievements, and achieve new leaps!
